EMERGER is a unique piece or art which decorative finality was proposed by its creator Miguel Lombardo for spaces that could range from a jacuzzi floor to a wall on the lobby of a modern building. The elaborate image is printed directly on the surface of a fine and delicate panel of 9’x4’ of french Limestone which weight is aprox. 365lbs.

Digitally printed unidirectionally using Thermo Flex ink, EMERGER is capable of tolerating excess of light, natural as well as artificial, and can also be exposed to water.

Miguel Lombardo looks to experimenting with different surfaces and using the resources he handles for publicity projects, thus choosing this stone. Its chemical composition is similar to marble with the difference that Limestone is the product of excessive cooling of magma and marble is that of excessive heat. In this way Limestone requires more time for its formation, producing a stronger stone.
